Reviews from Readers:
“Tales from the Midway had me hooked from the first chapter on! I couldn’t put it down! The obstacles and challenges she went through, and came through, were amazing! Her faith runs deep and brought her through such tough, tough times. The family support she had was simply amazing too, they knew they had planted the firm, faith seed and she would pull through and boy did she! This is a must read, it really makes you analyze your own life! Loved it!” ~J. Winters, KansasReviews from Amazon:

This book is filled with mistakes,
forgiveness, love and restoration. There is something in this book for
everyone. It will challenge you in many ways. It is a quick reed, but it
will not quickly leave you. Our world would be a much better place if
we all applied just one suggestion from the end of the book. Buy this
book, read it, and your life will never be the same. Loved it!

What an awesome story. I love how it
all ties back to scriptures in the bible and then ends with the
questions that we can ask ourselves to relate back to Michelle. I think
Michelle is stronger in her faith because of what she’s been through.
The family support she had…how great to see that unconditional love from
them. Regardless of what she put them through, she always knew they
loved her and wouldn’t judge her. They knew, they knew deep down that
she’d be back (to herself and to her faith) because it was instilled in
her. Satan didn’t realize who he was dealing with…because deep down, God
was trying to work Michelle’s faith into Tim. Satan won against Tim,
but he didn’t against Michelle…
I think this book would work well with bible study groups, in learning to accept people for who they are and for what you and I may not realize as far as what kind of trials and tribulations they may have come through. We must help the weak, the poor, the dirty, everyone…because deep down, they are still God’s children.
Thanks Michelle, for reminding me that the beaten and the broken people just want love and acceptance…just like you and I…because I believe that we’ve all been there.

I have known Michelle since the 5th grade. I wasn’t able to put this book down once I started reading it. It touched me in so many ways and has helped me deal with a few things that I haven’t told anyone that I was haivng trouble with. I keep reading it over and over and find something new in it every time. -
Allen Todd I highly recommend this book! Michelle is a great storyteller and each chapter is a great opportunity for discussion with family, friends or small group.
